Privacy notice
Clear about what you share.
This notice explains how ARYV Research handles information submitted through this website. Last updated September 10, 2026.
Cookies and browser storage
ARYV currently uses no optional analytics or advertising cookies in its own site code. The cookie notice lets you opt out of all optional cookies and remembers that choice in this browser using local storage under aryv-cookie-choice. Use Cookie settings in any footer to reopen the notice. If browser storage is unavailable or cleared, the notice will appear again. Essential hosting, sign-in, or security cookies may still be used by the hosting platform and aren’t disabled by this control. You can manage or block those cookies in your browser, but some site functions may stop working.
Information we collect
When you submit a contact note or research brief, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, company, research goals, audience, timing, and related context. Basic technical information may also be processed by the hosting platform to operate and protect the site.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review your inquiry, respond to you, evaluate project fit, recommend a research approach, prepare a proposal, and manage a potential or active client relationship. We don’t sell personal information.
Where submissions go
Form submissions are delivered to a private ARYV Slack workspace so the team can review and respond. Slack and the website hosting provider process information on ARYV's behalf under their own service terms and security practices.
Confidential information
Don’t include trade secrets, regulated data, respondent data, credentials, or other highly sensitive information in an initial website submission. Confidential project materials should be shared only after an appropriate agreement and secure exchange method are in place.
Retention and access
Access is limited to people supporting the inquiry or client relationship. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve issues, and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted by using the contact form and identifying the original submission. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes.
Questions
Use the contact form for privacy questions or requests.
