Website information
This site provides general information about ARYV Research and its services. It isn’t a proposal, guarantee, professional advice, or a substitute for project specific terms. Service scope, fees, timing, confidentiality, and study specific requirements are established in a separate written agreement.
Research and citation claims
Research findings depend on the design, sample, inputs, and limitations of each study. Original, current, clearly attributed material may improve the potential for discovery and citation, but ARYV does not guarantee search ranking, media coverage, commercial outcomes, or inclusion in an AI generated answer.
Client use of deliverables
Clients retain their rights in materials and data they provide. Every ARYV created report and accompanying asset delivered to a client includes a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free license to use, copy, adapt, excerpt, republish, distribute, and incorporate the work into other materials without additional ARYV licensing fees or approval. The client controls whether, where, and how its deliverables are published.
ARYV intellectual property
The ARYV name, identity, site design, and general site content may not be copied or used to imply an affiliation without permission. The perpetual client license applies to reports and assets created and delivered as part of a client engagement.
Acceptable use
Don’t interfere with the operation or security of the site, submit unlawful or malicious content, misrepresent your identity, or attempt to access information that isn’t intended for you.
Third party services
The site may rely on hosting, communications, analytics, or other providers. ARYV isn’t responsible for third party websites or services linked from this site.
Changes
